Meg
Jullien became interested in photography in 1992,
specialising in landscape work. Her first exhibition was
held at Dore in aid of St. Lukes Hospice, and she has
worked in a voluntary capacity for the Sheffield Botanical
Gardens since 1992, staging exhibitions, publicity and
photography, also restoration progress photography and the
production of photographic greeting cards etc. She is a
life honorary member of the Friends of the Botanical
Gardens. She exhibits at the Derwent Gallery in Grindleford
and also
in Conwy, having done photography for the Welsh Tourist
Board at various times. She has carried out photographic and
exhibition work in a voluntary capacity for Age Concern.
She has had work published in books and journals and
undertakes commissions where landscape work is required.
Meg is the General
Secretary of Bakewell Photographic Circle, is the Exhibition Secretary
of Sheffield Photographic Society and is a member of the
UPP. She uses Olympus, Bronica and Canon equipment.
