I returned some slides that had a fibre mark ingrained on them.
The mark was found to be caused by a fibre in my camera,
rather than a fault of the processing.
Nevertheless, one of your members of staff called Dean, was
kind enough to send me some old style mounts.
Using these, I was able to remount the transparencies and
obscure the mark. I was particularly pleased because the slides were of great
