Peak Points reward regular customers with generous discounts on a range of special print offers and other services over the winter period. One point is awarded for every £1 you spend with Peak Imaging. Every order earns Peak Points, and the more Points you accrue, the greater the discount you receive on our range of special offers during the winter period (October to March). To help you keep track of your Peak Points, we print your total to date on every invoice.

The new Peak Points range of special offers is now available! Starting from October 2002 and continuing until the end of March 2003, these offers have been specially selected so that you can get more for less, no matter which services you regularly use!

DECEMBER E6 processing and mounting
Send in 3 or more rolls of E6 film for processing (and mounting if required) and take your Peak Points discount.
JANUARY & FEBRUARY Photographic prints from digital files and Custom made prints from any original
All orders for 10 or more photographic prints from digital files. This can be either 10 or more prints from 1 file, or 1 print each off 10 or more files. All orders for 3 or more Custom made prints of any size from any original (negative transparency or digital file) also qualify for discount.
MARCH ALL ORDERS totalling £25 and over
Your last chance to use up this season's Peak Points! ALL orders that total £25 or more at our standard prices qualify for discount.

How do I know what my Peak Points total is?
It appears at the foot of each Points-inclusive invoice that you receive from us.
 
Can I use my Peak Points discount for any of your services?
No - discounts can only be taken on selected services during the winter period. We promote a different service each month, starting in October and ending in March.
 
Okay, so how do I know which services I can use my Peak Points discount against?
Check out the list above. Throughout the period we also distribute promotional leaflets to all Peak customers, and details are printed on invoices sent to you.
 
How do I claim a discount?
Simply enter the appropriate value in the purpose-made box on our order form, and deduct it from the total. Please note, however, that Peak Points discounts cannot be taken on post and packaging charges.
 
Am I receiving a lower level of service because I have claimed a Peak Points discount?
Certainly not! Your order is treated with the same priority and professionalism as every other order, using the same skilled staff and state-of-the-art equipment.
 
Once I've claimed a discount, do my Points start from zero again?
No! Don't think of Peak Points as tokens to be redeemed. They are simply used to calculate the discount to which you are entitled each time you place an order. Your accumulated Peak Points total is only reset to zero at the end of March, in readiness for the new season.
 
Do orders that I claim a discount on further add to my Peak Points total?
Absolutely!
 
Your discounts are generous - what's the catch?
No, really, there isn't one! - we are simply rewarding regular custom, like any business should.
 
All discounts remain valid until 31st March when all Peak Points are reset to zero for the start of the new season. These discounts cannot be used in conjunction with vouchers or other special offer from Peak Imaging.
