The
Initial Process & Print
When you submit your 120 films for process & print, please
mark your order clearly, ticking the relevant box on the orderform.
If you do not use our pre-printed orderforms, please mark your
order "120 DIGITAL FILM STORE". Your films will
be processed, scanned and printed, then stored on our servers
for 6 months.
Ordering Reprints via Email
One of the benefits of this system is that you can place an order
for reprints via email. It is important however that your order
is clear and contains all the information we need to process your
request.
Entitle your email "120 DFS ORDER" and remember
to include your customer number, name, address and telephone number.
Please include a time when you can be contacted by phone so we
may take payment details.
Ordering Reprints via Post
If submiting your order via post we recommend that you use our
orderform specifically for this service which is available here.
Reprint
Sizes
The largest reprint size available from the 120 Digital Store
is 12 x 10. We would recommend that if you require a size larger
than this that you re-submit the original.
Reprint
Prices
Prices are
the same as our reprint prices from negative or transparency.
So if the original P&P was from negative film you pay the
negative
reprint price. If the original P&P was from transparency
film, you pay the transparency
reprint price.
Negative
/ Transparency numbers
When
re-ordering reprints please use the reference on the back of the
print. This is very important as the traditional film and negative
numbers aren't used.
The number on the back of the print should look something like
this: SIG244:47767_02_06
The first number (SIG244) is for our reference only and should
be ignored when re-ordering.
The second number is the P&P job number, followed by roll
number, followed by image number. This is the important information.
If many of the reprints are from the same job number you can quote
this once followed by the print size / surface, then underneath,
the film and frame numbers. Eg.
