Information We Collect About You
In running and maintaining our business we may collect and process the following data about you - name, address, email address, phone number and payment details for the processing of your order.
Data Storage and Retention
Personal data we collect is stored on secure servers in the United Kingdom which are password and firewall protected.
Paper order forms we receive are secured in locked area for a period of up to 2 years and then are destroyed by a fully compliant confidential waste carrier.
Images sent to us will be stored on our secure UK based servers for a period of up to 1 year, after which time they will be permanently deleted. We may store images for a longer period if you specifically request us to do so.
Where you have authorised us to collect your personal data for marketing purposes we will retain your information until you inform us that you no longer wish to receive marketing communications from us.
We will also hold your data in our United Kingdom based databases for the minimum period legally required by HMRC in relation to the processing of financial transactions.
Disclosing Your Information

- Where we are legally required by law to disclose your personal information.
- To further fraud protection and reduce the risk of fraud.
- To enable delivery of your order via our preferred carrier, they will not store or use this data for any other purpose than to fulfil delivery.

We will share information with Livelink Technology and Opayo (formerly SagePay) only to the extent necessary for the purpose of processing orders and payments you make via our website and dealing with queries or complaints relating to such orders or payment.
Subject to certain legal conditions, you have the right to request a copy of the personal data about you which we hold, to have any inaccurate personal data corrected and to object to or restrict our using your personal data. You may also make a complaint if you have a concern about our handling of your personal data.
